While Vitruvius Properties is able to offer the SPIRITUS as a stand-alone unit, we differentiate this product by pairing the structure with a historic land purchase high in the Rocky Mountains—or, an intimate backyard setting in an urban area. Vitruvius Properties has brokered hundreds of special mountain parcels over the last decade and typically has secured an inventory where a member can choose a meaningful location on which to place their SPIRITUS.
